"She and office staff are always very kind and my treatment of my acne has worked well. BUT I always ask for the earliest appointment as I’m also a healthcare worker and I don’t like to be late to my patients. My last two appointments (I’ve only seen her 3 times) Dr. Marcus has walked through the doors of the office AFTER the start of my appointment time. I then sit in her treatment room for about 30 minutes. She has made me late to my patients, which makes me look unprofessional. She’s a great dermatologist but it makes me rethink about having her be my dermatologist."
