"I would give it 5stars if this was just about Dr. Alam. She is great and listens to her patients. She cares and you can tell. The customer service there is horrendous. You call and they leave you on hold for over an hour. We can’t ever get through to the office, or leave a message for her. We have left several messages without a call back. I have tried 6 times in the last week to get an appt because my mom fell and hurt herself and I was on hold over an hour for 4 of them and the other two I hung up after 30 mins. No one ever came to the phone. When you finally get them on the phone, they are rushing you off. Smh DO BETTER!!"

"Doctors 5 stars amazing super friendly and well versed Nurses 5 stars make you feel comfortable during the appoinment and are very helpful with 1001 question you have. Janitors 5 stars very clean Front desk 1 star very good at getting appointments canceled and not knowing why or even calling you to let you know. Honestly getting a prom dress on a 13ft alligator would be more pleasant than having to interaction with them. Make sure you call that day before to verify appointment details."

"On a patient service level, the reception staff needs to work on their personal relation skills. The manner in which each receptionist greets patients and speaks to patients on the phone is anything but courteous and professional. I used to hold Texas Tech in high regard, after witnessing the attitudes of the front staff that opinion has completely diminished. I used to work at the hospital, I know it’s busy and hectic but treating people with courtesy and respect is not only professional, it’s necessary! Texas Tech, you can do better. Be the medical professionals your patients expect and deserve."

"I don’t recommend going to the Oby gynecologist here. They are all friendly but they are not good at keeping up with ultrasound appointments. I only got the anatomy scan to see my baby and that was all. They seem to just do things their own way to make their jobs easier more than to keep the patient happy. I was also left in a room for hours because I was forgotten by the nurse then the doctor. Definitely will not go back ever again."

"The front desk ladies were nice, the nurse was nice, the doctor was nice. BUT, they will not contact you with blood work results, it's been almost 2 weeks since getting my blood work done and they haven't called me. I went to this doctors so I'd be able to get back on my medication that I have to literally take for the rest of my life. And I told them how concerned I was. And they can't say they haven't gotten my results back as I've gotten the results myself! I just want my medication. I've tried calling 4 times and no one will answer! Nice in person, but if you need to get your medication don't go here."
