"Dr. Stephen and Maria, my nurse, were amazing to work with during my egg freezing process. For two years, I hesitated to undergo the process until I chose to visit CRE clinics, and they both proved to be exceptional doctors and nurses. Dr. Stephen's experience in the field, being reliable, and operating with integrity are what mattered to me and helped me make the decision. Although the process could be difficult and exhausting, Maria and Dr. Stephen made it go smoothly. Maria consistently responded promptly in a time-sensitive manner, and both Maria and Dr. Stephen provided unwavering support and empathy throughout the process. Since I had more challenges after the retrieval, checking in daily to make sure I was okay helped a lot and to assure me that I was in safe hands. Dr. Walid comes highly recommended through a friend, and he assigned me to Dr. Collins, whom I cannot speak strongly enough about and who helped me make one of the best decisions of my life."

"Coming from a different infertility clinic/Doctor I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Collins and the CRE staff! I had talked to a few doctors when deciding for another clinic and Dr. Collins was the only one prepared when I did my initial consult. He had reviewed my history and had a game plan on how he would approach my treatments, he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions which is why I chose him. During my treatments for IVF nothing ever changed. He was always attentive, responded to emails quickly, listened to my concerns, answered questions and was always straight forward. I liked that he was personally doing the monitoring during the process and called me himself with any good/bad news. All the nurses in there were always super nice and helpful as well, specially my assigned nurse Heather! There was never a time when I expressed an issue/concern and they did not act on it. There is so much to say but to summarize I would recommend Dr. Collins and his staff to anyone needing fertility treatments! I am now 23 weeks pregnant with our first baby boy after 5 years of infertility!! It would not have been possible without everyone at this clinic."
