"I have been going here for several years because I keep hoping it'll get better and it never does. It feels like all they care about is pumping patients through as fast as they can to turn a profit. The PA doesn't seem to really care and speeds through the visit as fast as possible without explaining the pros and cons of care or providing any extra information. On top of all that, they make you pay for credit card fees as you check out with their rude office staff. I wanted to really like this place, but unfortunately I can't recommend it."

I understand they see a multitude of patients with the same skin conditions, but I want to feel heard and to be provided with options, not looked down upon. I do not recommend Lubbock Dermatology, but I will suggest TTUHSC Dermatology—they listen, actually do their research, and care about their patients!!"
