"I called Lone Star Insurance for commercial liability insurance. My information was taken, and I was told that someone would get back to me in a few days. Eight days later, I called again, and the receptionist apologized, and said that someone would get back to me asap. Another six days later, and no one has called me. I was hoping that Lone Star would give me great service since we are in the process of reviewing our home, auto, and commercial building insurance. I guess I should be grateful that I found out sooner rather than later that service and customer care is not something Lone Star Insurance Group cares about."
