"At first I was a little timid as I am about any new thing or place but I got my puppy I went ahead and signed her up for the Optimum Wellness plan. it’s a great value of your puppy is really young and needs several vaccinations or visits. She has been to this location 3/4 times and will continue to go. Bree and Dr.Nichols are amazing as well as all the staff. I don’t know everyones name But they are all very knowledge professional and caring towards my girl and are equally courteous to call me with updates on how she’s doing during her drop off visit the time she was sick I even got a call to ask how she was doing with the antibiotics. I really appreciate all they have done and continue to do."
"I picked this location because of the reviews. It's a stand alone Banfield location. I was highly impressed with the customer service, cleanliness, and care of my friends dog that I took there. She's in Iraq, and it's very important to her that her dogs have the best care. It was worth the drive and I would recommend them."
