"Don’t try calling the Pharmacy. You’ll sit on hold for 30 mins only for them to hang up. My kid has the flu and it’s been a full 24 hrs since the prescription went in with no updates and I can’t talk to an actual human in the pharmacy. This is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever seen."

"I believe the pharmacy at this location must be severely understaffed. I was shopping in the store/picking up a prescription twice this week. The loudspeaker never stopped announcing that the pharmacy had a phone call waiting...the other day it actually announced 3 calls were holding. Nobody was slacking...the employees all seemed busy. But I learned to never ever try to call the pharmacy. Then, today I left the drive-thru without my prescription after waiting over 20 minutes. There were 2 cars in front of me. I hate giving them such a bad review because of their customer service because I have never had an issue with the employees. However, by the time you actually get to talk to one of them, your patience will be shot."
