"What a nice morning we had at La Madeleine today. We stopped in at about 8 am for coffee and a pastry. We were promptly greeted and waited on by the friendly girl working. Every employee we encountered was polite & seemed to really enjoy working there! That is a rare find after Covid changed our world. The manager was present and greeted each of his employees and customers as they came in. Great job! We look forward to returning."
"for $7, this avocado toast had the least amount of avocado I've ever seen. Just a thin wipe. It has no toppings, no microgreens or tomatoes or anything. the crepe a la Madeleine had a bitterness to it. Not the creamy mushroom taste I expected."
"This was my $9.00 sandwich. I waited 30 minutes for while people who came in to dine inside received their food before I did. Mine was missing meat and Any bacon as advertised. Worst part was, the bearded guy that appeared to be in charge did this after I complained. There was One employee who rocked and appeared to be trying to train two new ones. The place was worn down and in need of paint, etc. La Madeleine has passed as a a healthy quick place to grab a snack."
