Subway

"I placed an app order last time ahead of time and they didn't make it until I got there. It was a Friday lunch time and they were busy so I gave them slack. Today, it's literally empty and I got here half an hour past my pickup time to give them plenty of time and they didn't have it ready. The restaurant is literally empty (see pictures). Incompetent subway and the lady was giving me attitude for no reason so definitely don't come to this location."

"This was the worst subway location I’ve ever experienced!! I moved here recently from the east coast. The service terrible the mayo was bad the bread was not properly baked. I saw that their tuna salad was runny. So I opted for an Italian but. I literally threw my half eaten sub away. ‘No pun’. And that’s never happened ! Won’t go back to this location"

"The employee who was apparently new as I asked he responded “I don’t have a shirt on”. He was a black young man but spoke fluent Spanish. I placed an online order I watched him do nothing from my car so I finally went in at that point 2 other walk-in patrons were there which he still ignored me and proceeded to make the walk-in sandwiches though the app had said for over 8 minutes my sandwich was being made. He then proceeded to throw everything on the sandwich smashing the bread nearly tearing it up putting puncture holes in it. He followed up by putting attempting to put back on used gloves when checking me out, I advised that was unsanitary. He threw my sandwich on the counter and said HERE. I don’t understand employing people that don’t want to work."

"I placed an order on the app for a footlong number one Philly and a footlong Cali which should have smashed avocados and fresh mozzarella. The footlong Philly had barely any meat in it and the Cali had no avocado and no fresh mozzarella and that alone was $12.99. I tried reaching out to the restaurant I keep getting email saying we're sorry for your experience we will talk to our employees hope you have a better experience next time call this phone number I have called the number and left messages and it falls on deaf ears. I would not recommend this location and I would never return to this location"

"Worst location by far! Starting with stale bread & soggy veggies. I was extremely disappointed with my food. I ordered a #8 which if we're going by name is supposed to be the "GREAT GARLIC" ugh, how about the "Grotesque Garlic " don't get me wrong, the concept of the sandwich is great. It just really is all about the execution. I was given whatever was easiest, I guess.. then to top it off, my bacon was raw"
