"This place is trash. I lived there for over a year and hated every minute of it Nothing was ever fixed. Some items don't even meet city, county or state requirements regarding rental properties. Management is horrible and usually inappropriately dressed. My guest and I were harassed on a regular basis by management In addition, they are over-priced to boot"
"These apartment does not provide laundry the security cameras have been told to some tenants that they do not work and taking a risk of being harassed by property Management after 10:00 on a regular basis and staff works more between 10:00 and 4:00 a.m. then they do turn normal business hours. It's also being ran by people who have major drug charges as cocaine meth and weed and also multiple indecent exposures and the neighbors clearly state that they've seen him in decent exposures in the windows with no curtains. So if you rent from here be expecting loud noises and decent situations rude neighbors and very unsafe conditions. And once you move in they for some reason do not fix anything. And they had my friend move in and promised to fix it in 14 months later still had her in an unsafe condition and that is why she left after dealing with threats and inappropriate behavior from property Management."

"The rent is fairly cheap, but it gets remodeled every 6 months from the tweakers destroying the place. By the time you pay extra for body armor, a Rottweiler, alarm systems, guns and ammo, it's about the same as the higher end, nicer apartment complexes, so it all comes out in the wash,(unless you live there, then I'd burn my laundry instead of washing it) and you do get constant Police patrols as somethings always going down there, and all the drugs you could ever need are probably right next door, so to some, I'm sure it's perfect, but knowing about the place for decades, I wouldn't recommend even driving by there, to anyone I liked, but that's just me, and most people with common sense..."
