"Front desk lady was passed out on the couch and refused to help us after we payed $50 to check in early and she just went back to sleep. The online service is no help in getting our refunds either. Do not sleep here unless it’s life or death."

"The worst hotel I've ever seen in my life absolute cesspool! Check my pics if you don't believe me there's animal feces and vomit on the floor everywhere and duct tape holding the tub together there's no hot water this place should be condemned"

"First they asked for $25 cash security deposit that was not advertised online. The room smelled like cigarettes and cleaning product. The door locks were both broken. AC wasn't working properly. Fire detector was covered with a plastic bag. Everything was nasty. I couldn't sleep and the hotel smell stuck on my stuff even after I went to another better hotel. It felt degrading staying there. The only reason I stayed that night is because I had to, no more rooms anywhere nearby due to activity in the city."

"The night clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room however needed some deep cleaning, and the area was sketchy. I stayed awake until about 3 am and got 3 hrs of rest because I was up every five minutes. The beds aren't horrible, but need to be updated. I didn't see any bed bugs, but I can't say they weren't there......the bathtub had sand in it, the refrigerator was disgusting, and I didn't look in the microwave. The room smelled horribly of cigarettes and caused some serious allergy issues in the kids. I just had to get the baby out of the car seat for awhile or I would've kept going. I had reservations at the Comfort Inn down the road but they don't allow trailer parking unless you pay 15$ for it. It was not stated in the booking policy so I took what was available in the area."
