"HORRIBLE-- STAY SOME PLACE ELSE. Was attacked by a homeless person while trying to get out of my truck to check in, so I automatically went someplace else, and when I called the hotel to cancel -- due to not even being able to get inside the hotel safely, the manager was rude and disrespectful. He refused to refund my room. I would give this hotel 0 stars if it was an option."
"Friendly staff, easy access to and from the highway, and very pet friendly. Our room was clean and cozy with all of the amenities you would need. Highly recommend!"
"First off staff was excellent! Super nice and super helpful! The bed was very comfortable and the the TV was nice! After that it was the most uncomfortable room I have ever stayed in! Some of this is probably my fault, I am getting old and I am getting fat but the office chair dug into my hips quite painfully and when I sat on the little couch thing my butt must have been 6 inches off the floor! I sunk in and I was Trapped! It took 5 minutes to get out of that couch! Toilet was the same way! Some kind of kindergarten toilet that when you set down your knees were well above your hips and getting up was very difficult! I was on a road trip and this was the third Comfort Inn I had stayed in, in a row so it's not *just* me, the first two had comfortable couches/toilets to sit on!"
"Stayed here for 8 hours and got robbed. Hotel has no cameras and no desire to get any. The manager said another guest called down to the front desk in the middle of the night to report someone in the parking lot taking things off of our truck. They didn’t do anything. They said it’s not their job to call the police. You’re on your own at this hotel."
