"I had paid for the room when I made the reservation by phone. When I arrived, they tried to charge me more. I had been assured there was breakfast, as stated in their ad. No breakfast. I was told there was an elevator. No elevator. The TV didn't work, and no effort was made to make it work. I couldn't get hot water, but maybe it was just too slow to come."
"Stayed here for the Hotter n Hell 100 2023 and it was totally fine. Room was clean and cool in 100 degree weather. Manager "Bobby" was very pleasant and accommodating. It's obviously not a fancy hotel but definitely serves it's purpose. It was also surprisingly quiet. I hope this review helps you make a realistic decision versus the other reviews, cheers!"
"Absolutely disgusting. The floor probably hasn't been mopped in a month or more. The shower has black gross stuff all over the outer edge of it. I about threw up when I saw it I'm certainly not going to take a shower in that shower. I'm going to go to sleep I'm going to wake up I'm going to get the out of here. Thankfully I found no bed bugs but this room doesn't even have basic cleaning it's like the housekeeper came in made the bed put the pillows in the right spot put some soap out and then left. It's absolutely disgusting. The sad part is I requested to be put in a different room after I saw the first room. I don't understand how it can be this gross. It makes me sick that I'm going to actually spend the night here.... even the countertops had sticky stuff on them."
