"This place is a joke. We got there at 10:20 and they open at 10. others were waiting outside already and the girl working didn’t open the store until 10:28. We were looking around and I asked the associate what the red dot meant and she said clearance. I asked her how much these jammers were and she said the clearance price is $25. I questioned why they were on clearance for $25 when the retail was $24 and she became very rude saying prices had increased but they don’t mark everything."
"The store told me they would have my daughters suit no problem by the end of the week. Friday comes, no suit, but they would call when came in. It’s now Wednesday, no phone call so I call to check if it’s in and ask if they will hold it for me. I let them know I would be there right before closing at 6. Walk up at 5:57 and they are locked up and gone for the day! Terrible customer service!"
"If I could give a zero, I would. Both sales people were very young and had no understanding of what was being sold in shop. Did not understand sizing at all. The next problem was a suit that was priced for 34.00 asked about price and was told the retail price sticker was wrong and it’s actually 48.00. This place is a big rip off stay clear if you can. They would not honor the price even after explaining the state law on how prices displayed in Texas have to be sold for the price on the tag. Worst experience ever with a sales person."
