"First time coming to order and they tell us they are only doing preorders and no drive-thru. Everyone is welcome to wait in line and wait time could be 5-6 hours. This is poor management they should have made 1 register for the walk ins. People have been waiting since 4am. No signs of the changes."
"Love the tamales. When I realized they shipped after I moved, I was stoked! I went in with friends on a large order to share what are some of the best tamales I’ve had. However, when we received our order, we were missing some. After reaching out I was told “I must have lost the tamales”. Can someone please explain how someone “loses tamales”? I’m not upset. I genuinely believe it was just an oversight (we order 14 dozen), but I did not “lose them”. I counted and it was short. I’d love a refund, or tack them on to my next order. I’m not trying to finesse someone over a dozen tamales when we bought so many - I just want my Cream Cheese and Jalapeño."
"Such a clean place! The employees really take care of this place. I had the half dozen cheese & jalapeño, bean + cheese + jalapeño, and spicy pork. The softest masa ever!! I love how they don’t make it too oily. A salad and chips is also given if you eat here. Very good prices! Nathan and Kris are friendly and sweet people."
