"I just went today and I immediately noticed the beautiful decor and professionalism of the receptionists. Like master jugglers, each person in the crowd was assisted in the language they needed, effectively and kindly. I was able to sign in on my own pace and get seated/in line in about 15/30 minutes, and the experience itself was magical. My whole back and life was realigned and afterwards I was offered not 4 but 7 sessions for like 108$ flat without a military discount. "Update… 2-10-2024 I have experienced that last few months better customer service. I think the doctors are more thorough lately. Depending on what time you go the wait can still be a little long, but it’s worth it. I always less tense when I leave! For the most part it’s a quick fix… some of the Doctors get you in and out like it’s a chore. I get it. Some doctors are more thorough, and sitting in the waiting area witnessing this makes me feel like I’m getting less. I understand they are focusing on previous visits and ask about certain s problem areas however some check everything as to where some just seem to pop your neck and wham bam thank you ma’am, that’s it…. That was my last visit… literally 2 minutes with the Dr. And that’s being generous."
