"I made an appointment online for the 8:45 am time slot. Mind you, the earliest available was 8:15 and then 8:30 then me, meaning there should have only been a couple people ahead of me and at the time I made the appointment, none of the slots had been reserved. I arrived at the scheduled time, checked in online upon arrival, (on time) and watched as I got passed by everyone who arrived after I did. I witnessed employees who were using their phones and others playing with each other and not once did anyone make any effort to communicate, although many stared right at me while others walked right past me staring. I waited for over 25 minutes and then left. The whole experience was a waste of time and gas and accomplished nothing, but at least I woke up early to be there on time. I will be using this location no longer. What's the purpose of scheduling and allowing people to check in online if you don't honor the appointment? Pretty useless in my opinion. I would not recommend this location."

"I had the unfortunate experience of having all 4 tires and rims stolen off my truck while staying in the area. I called and spoke with Kevin and he assured me he'd take care of me when we arrived, and he delivered on that promise. He went through my options with me and was patient with me when I asked for him to review them again. My brain wasn't quite processing at a normal capacity due to the circumstances. They were able to get me in and out of there within an hour and I was able to continue on with the remainder of my trip after it could have easily have been derailed. He even recommended where I stop along my route to have the lugs retourqued, knowing I was on a bit of a drive. To Kevin and the entire staff at this location, I can't thank you enough for making what was an incredibly terrible situation a lot more manageable.
