"We visited Peggy’s on a Saturday afternoon. It was quiet and easy to get in. The food and service were great. The lobster bisque (special that day) was exceptional and the spinach salad and cottage pie (also a special) were very good."
"Amazing food and service! It's definitely our best meal since moving here. There was not a single bad thing to say about any of the dishes. Our waiter Dane was awesome, made us feel at home, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and gave us excellent recommendations! It was so good we're coming back for brunch Sunday."
"Based on previous reviews, we were looking forward to trying Peggy's. We were only 2 of 6 people in the whole restaurant at 7pm. The food was overpriced for what you get, and the service was poor. We had the Porkchops and Crabcakes, which were ok. However, when we finally received our bill, the waiter had charged us an extra $36 for the salmon dinner. When I brought it to his attention, he just smirked and said he would take it off. Was not the romantic evening we planned. Would not recommend."
"Exploring Boerne we discovered Peggy's - pleasant surprise - beautifully restored setting, wonderful food and excellent service. My wife loves Lobster Rolls and said this was one of the best. We both love Chicken Fried Steak and agreed this one was very good (onion rings too). We were there when they opened for lunch, will definitely return to sample the dinner menu."
"First time dinning at this restaurant and O was very pleased by their service and food. Our server was so attentive and cordial, his service and attitude were outstanding. The restaurant is very nice and elegant, they have a patio too with very nice lounge furniture and wonderful views. The only thing is a bit hard is the parking, they do not have their own parking, but there is areas around where to park. The experience, food and service are worth the hassle, don't let that to disappoint you. Every dish we ordered was delicious! Look at the pictures and judge by yourself!"
