"Occasionally since covid the lines have been long and slow and I hesitate to take hungry kids there. But over the last couple weeks we've been quite impressed! There is a lovely woman working the window who can made my daughter smile even when starving. She seemed to make it all go a little quicker and my daughter talked about her energy even later that night. She was very kind and that type of experience is 100% what will take me back. Thank you ❤️"
"My daughter wanted a baked potato, so I went through the drive-through since the inside was closed at 7 pm. Probably short on workers... I get that. What I don't get is being charged for the potato and then charged again for $22 for another order. The lady gave me the baked potato and water and was waiting for the next customer, but I reminded her I didn't get my card. She said sorry the machine was updating. She handed me my card with the receipt wrapped around it. I didn't look at it because I didn't have to sign anything. I got home and was looking at all the receipts from taking my daughter shopping and then I see the receipt for $22 but didn't have the one for what I ordered. I checked the bank and see 2 charges. I called many times to try and resolve the issue, but no one answered. The lady was really nice and I'm sure it was a mistake but I want my money back and I don't live in Boerne. Hopefully someone that works there sees this."
"I’ve been sitting here five minutes, and no one has responded to my presence. If you care about your time, and it’s important to you to have good service, this is not the place to come. Usually after 7 o’clock in the evening, this place is managed and operated by incompetent people. Just saying! I ended up waiting for eight minutes and finally decided to just pull up to the window. Where they ignored me until I finally honk the horn. The morning shift in the afternoon shift. They are on their game. But these folks in the evening shift are not just lazy they are rude. Times must be very tough if they keep these kind of folks working."
