"Waited over 1.5 hours for a pizza that looked and tasted like it spent 50 minutes under a heat lamp and 45 minutes in a car (according to the tracker, it did....) Looking at the reviews, its clear the management doesn't read them or bother to respond. Try Marcos Pizza in Boerne, I should have done that this time around."
"They delivered our pizza to the wrong address. We called and after some arguments they realized their mistake and offered to remake. Remade pizza took 2 hour (3 hours from original order), had some blonde hair in it and was missing extra sauces that we paid for."
"Paid $34.44 for a single large pizza, then waited an hour and fifteen minutes to recieve it. Called at the one hour mark to which the manager said it would be an additional 30 minutes, canceled my order on the spot. I live 9 minutes drive from this place."

"We are regular customers of this specific location We are very grateful for the work your team is doing during this tough time. Our favorite order is customized pizza, and Honey chipotle wings. However, today we found something obscure with our order. The Honey Chipotle wings were lightly dressed. Normally our chicken wings are sauced well. We are highly disappointed, with this abomination. We love our Honey Chipotle wings, and we appreciate quality consistency. We would like you to know that this is our first complaint, and hopefully it would be our last."
