"Dr. Collier is a joke for a doctor! I would give this place a zero star if I could. Everyone in the building from the front desk to the help and doctors in the back are half fast they do not care about their patients! Mary in the front was the rudest of them all! If you are sick don’t waste your time and money here keep searching for another clinic you will NOT get any help here but money out of your pocket."

"Staff was kind. My daughter saw Dr. West. He was Rude & disregarded her concerns in developing RSV after stating she has asthma. Did not prescribe her anything not even antibiotics, zpak, or a shot. Just told her if she got worse to see her PCP. Guess what, she got worse and is now back at the clinic. NOT THIS CLINIC."

"Took my son last Monday to get checked the doctors are lazy they just looked at him and assumed he had bronchitis sent him to school the next day the day after his ear started hurting him and he started to get the sweats at night. I took him to a different doctor and they did all 4 test on him he came back positive with RSV and FLU. My son currently doesn’t have insurance and I wasted 75$ just for the doctor to be lazy just look at him and assume he has bronchitis. Doctors there need to start testing these kids and stop being lazy."

"My uncle has been a patient of Dr. Crow since 2017. History of uti. No testing has been done to check his organs. In and out of the hospital. The doctor cancels homehealth. Refuses to give referrals and when he does, he gives you a non-working phone number. His nurse Stephanie is extremely rude over the phone. She pretends she's the doctor and says things like "well, I can't give you a referral" when it isn't her place to do so. She refuses to connect you with someone else when you request it and escalates the situation for absolutely no reason. These people are neglectful, unprofessional and demonic. Dr. Crows office failed to inform me about my uncle's "possible" uti on the 6th of October, 2023. Mind you, this is for a senior who has mental delays that is 98% dead-lift. Where is the compassion and where is the care? Regardless of your own personal vendetta, my uncle is your patient and you have an obligation to him. You cannot keep neglecting his health. I do not care how difficult you people try to make this process, I will continue to do everything in my power to make sure you are all held accountable and to ensure you provide my uncle with the care he deserves."

"Staff was caring and amazing, wait was not too long. My pharmacy didn't have the med in stock and they easily changed it, they were so patient and sweet. I will not go anywhere else but here when I'm sick for urgent care. They actually care about getting you to feel better."
