"Do not work with these people. Never wanted to initially schedule a virtual visit due to not having my insurance information or knowing my coverage. The lady encouraged me to do so. She scheduled me the following evening just to tell me after I scheduled that I would need to pay a fee of $130 if I missed the appointment. I informed her I probably wouldn't get my insurance information from my employer that soon. She then told me not to worry that as long as I inform them what is going on they wouldn't charge me. Called the day of my visit to inform them I did not have the information needed (just as I expected) for the guy to tell me I HAVE to reschedule my appointment to avoid the $130 fee. I told him Id rather not reschedule until I had my insurance information. He told me I would have to pay the fee, therefore I allowed him to reschedule the appointment AGAIN knowing I did not want to! My appointment is today, and I have called three different times since yesterday during business hours. Sat on hold 20-30 minutes and hung up. I finally spent my lunch hour to be sure I got ahold of someone to cancel my appointment. Informed the lady what has been going on and she did not care a bit! I know longer have insurance coverage. I could not avoid the cancellation fee what so ever. She said I either pay the fee or pay out of pocket. For someone calling needing therapy these people really don't care for you what so ever!!! They care about money!"
