"Dr. Baker and Nurse Carrie are amazing. Whenever my children are sick the receptionist gets me in immediately. I’m grateful for how they care for my children and answer questions. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for me to get to their office it’s worth it knowing my children are in good hands."

"So happy we found Dr. Baker and Nurse Carrie! The entire staff is so nice to work with. Used with both children from birth. This office goes above and beyond for their patients and truly has the child's best interest at heart. And the 24 hour nurse triage line has helped this momma several times! You will not find a better Doctor, Nurse, or staff for your child in the Little Elm/Frisco area!"

"the office staff is some of the absolute rudest people I've ever met in any professional way! My friend who has been going with them for a very long time recommended me them for my son with dr.baker ! Not once was I able to meet him bc the staff would schedule me with someone else which I didn’t mind at first but the second time they still scheduled me with Carrie which like I said I don’t mind but Dr .baker is who I was supposed to see ! First time call they hang up on me! didn’t want to accept my newborn at first bc he didn’t have the right insurance and wouldn’t allowed me to do self pay till we would get the right insurance ! However they ended up accepting him bc my friend called to ask about me trying to set up an appointment! Today he was supposed to have his 2 months shots and they told us it would be more than $700 ,lying to us bc my friend paid only $170 something till her sons insurance would get here ! Shame on the staff! I could of paid the right amount and fix my insurance for next appointment but the staff being unprofessional and careless of course they just want you out of there ! You definitely shouldn’t work there if you don’t seem like you enjoy your job and don’t make people feel welcome ! Anyways dr.baker I wish I would have meet you! And you definitely need some new staff who will care but I have seen other reviews who have complaint about them before so this is probably going to be a waste of time ! - Diana Juarez"

"I adore Dr Baker and Carrie, and all their nurses and the front desk person, but their office admin is very rude. They tried to verify insurance for an appointment today, and they told me my plan had termed. I called my insurance and was told it had not, and they hadn’t even checked with them, so I relayed this to Beth? (I think that’s her name) and she said that they had already tried, they wouldn’t be trying again, and I needed to pay the balance plus the appointment fee to be seen today. I asked to give her the insurance number, she said they had already tried once to verify and that our policy had termed. I tried telling her again that something must be wrong, but she refused anything other than us being a self pay saying there was nothing she could do. At that point I told her she was being very rude, she should at least double check or do more than just say either pay or nothing, especially for the reason my daughter was being seen. So I had the insurance manager at my husbands job call to speak with her. He verified that we did in fact have coverage, she told him basically the same thing, but got a number for Cooks central billing, (which she never even offered me) and called them, and figured out that the office filed with the ID number from a two year old insurance, but our current insurance address. Had she just double checked the group number like I offered, she could have seen the mistake. The end result was my daughter not getting seen, frustration, and no help at all that she really needs right now. I asked for a note to get her back into school, but initially was refused because she had not been seen. After them speaking to our insurance manager she all of a sudden was willing to give a note. I asked to speak with Dr Baker personally to let him know what happened, and she refused to even try to let me speak with him. This isn’t the first time we have had issues with her, trying to get our insurance verified with we got this insurance a year or so ago was also a headache. Their computer system doesn’t work very well with our insurance, (which I’m sure is a frustration to them, but it’s out of our control and they still accept it) and I asked her to call for verification, and she refused and only tried online. I had to again call our insurance manager to get him to call her before she agreed to call. My word is not good enough, I have to get others involved for simple matters that don’t require a third party. I never wanted to leave a negative review, again, I love both providers and the vast majority of their staff, the office admin is just very inflexible and blunt, and is only worried about payment instead of the patients best interest. Today didn’t have to go this way. Had she just done a little digging, or tried to reverify, double check anything at all, my daughter would have been seen and would have gotten the help she needs."

"Dr. Baker has been an amazing doctor for my toddler and infant. He was recommended by a friend, and I am so glad she did. He has seen both my children since they were born. I followed him to his new location from the Denton office. He makes you feel comfortable and normal, as a new parent figuring it out, it is nice to have a doctor make you feel like everything will be ok."
