"This is the only practice in the area that accepts my insurance. Being new to the state, I didn't know too much about the plans and which to choose. So I am stuck at the moment until a purchase a new one. My initial visit with Dr. Yasmin was great for my son and I. Since then, the appointments are not in a timely manor. I can see being 15 minutes behind, but 45 minutes to an hour behind for a phone visit is really unacceptable. Also, the way the office visits are set up is a great way to charge extra copays for extra unnecessary visits when everything can be done in one visit as I have previously had with my other doctors. Today I had a televist scheduled for 3pm. It is now 4:30pm and I have called twice to find out what the cause of delay is. Sadly, they really didn't seem interested or concerned and acted like I'm the one with an issue. They had an Oh well kind of demeanor. Very Bad for business. If you're reading this, definitely pay attention to the poor reviews. After reading their experiences, I can attest to them being true, due to my same experiences. I didn't want to send this review but after everything I have been through, since after my initial visit, I feel it's only right to let you know that this will most likely be the experience you have as well. It's quite sad because I truly loved Dr Yasmin."

"*Bad Bad experience* I visited premier wellness clinic couple of months ago for my annual check up. Firstly, they have asked me to come twice to finish annual check which could have been accommodated in one appointment like other providers did over the last few years but they scheduled 2 appointments and charged ridiculous amount for in office visits. Second, I had to wait a minimum of 1 hour for both my appointments on weekday which was ridiculous Third, as soon as I walked in they handed me two sheets to fill, one was for depression screening and the other was for alcohol misuse screen. I had neither of those problems, no one mentioned there will additional charges of $35.90 for each of these screenings. Fourth, they performed unnecessary additional lab tests and charged me extra. Despite of having a very good insurance, I paid $200 for my out of pocket fees(which is fine) and couple of weeks later I received a Invoice from labs for around $200 and then an additional $140 dollars bill from clinic was sent after a month or so. Fifth, doctor made few uncomfortable comments on my body acne during physicals which made me feel conscious and bad. I literally had the same insurance a year ago and I spent $200 out of pocket to get my annuals done. FYI premier wellness clinic provider was in network as well. Overall, my experience, services provided, unnecessary lab and in office screenings were bad. I would recommend not to choose this clinic."
