"It took over 2 months to get my vehicle repaired due to insurance issues, but as soon as this company worked on the vehicle the nightmare began. The owner, Ruben, stated he would be calling me on numerous occasions about the status of my vehicle repair which never happened, he stated, and I quote, “Your car will be back in dealership condition”, which was a total lie, as soon as I got my vehicle back I noticed these issues: the paint job wasn’t done properly, the trunk doesn’t open properly, the rearview mirror was damaged, the trunk license plate lights don’t function properly, the trim on doors are damaged due to masking tape and rear driver door doesn’t close properly, failed to fix damages, the owner stated they were only focused on the driver rear as it was the focus of the collision, however the passenger rear needed repairs as well due to the collision, which they failed to fix. The owner said to return the vehicle back for them to fix these issues, but I seriously don’t have the time nor patience to deal with this company again… when these matters should’ve been fixed the first time I took it in. Beware of this company’s false promises which will waste your time and money."
