"I went to get a new battery and the guy installed it backwards ruining my alternator. Not only I had to wait 3 hours for a mechanic to show up they made me pay the mechanic for the labor when they should take full responsibility of their mistake. They also ruined the new battery I bought and didn’t even offer replacing it"

"I like the service I have received at other locations and I always recommend Autozone to my family and friends. However, this time I wish my daughter would have gone somewhere else. She needed a light bulb for her headlight and it was 8 pm at night so it was necessary to get it installed. Thankfully, she's like her mother concerning ways to get it done. She asked for help and they claimed to be busy, yet when she was installing the bulb they decided to go outside for a cigarette. I was confused because customers should come first before breaks. I wish I can give this location a negative star. I have had problems with this location as well so I try to go to other locations. I'm extremely upset that they didn't help my daughter and hope this review reaches management to educate their employees in effective customer service. Think twice when visiting this location. How sad. I'm disappointed Autozone!"
