"I called in advance to check for a part, they told me they had it in stock and would set it aside for me to pick up. Drove 30 minutes just to get there and be told that they actually didn’t have it. I understand the inventory may not always be 100% accurate but if I called and gave them the opportunity to double check I believe its abit unprofessional to not actually double check for your customers."
"Great customer service. I asked if they could check my battery in my vehicle with their battery tester. He checked and told me it was a dead battery and exchanged it and provided the tools so I can change the battery outside the store. Took me 10 min with mechanic skills and replaced it with a new battery. Great guys helping me out with a refund on a new battery that I purchased a couple of days ago not knowing that the dead battery had Warranty…."
