"Jacob and José provided me with excellent customer service!! I stopped at this O'Reilly's on Doniphan, May 2 at about 4:00 p.m.or so. If I had not stopped at O R's it is very likely my van would have broken down somewhere on the highway stretch between El Paso and Las Cruces. Jacob and/or José used the tester/scanner which showed no charge on my battery. I decided to have the battery replaced. After my purchase they replaced the battery and they re-tested with the scanner which showed a failed alternator. My van was not driveable and was going to have to be towed to an auto repair shop. Jacob and José provided me with two recommendations for shops. They made a phone call to one of the recommendations. (At that point it was well after 5:00 p.m.) I spoke with my husband by phone and he said he could make the needed repair of replacing the alternator. Therefore, he would drive to El Paso once he was done with his work day. Thankfully this repair is one that could be done right where the van stalled, and it not have to be towed. It was at least a 2+ hour wait for me at the O R's store, before my husband arrived. Jacob and José continued their excellent customer service and were so courteous! They said I could just wait inside their store until my husband got there. They even brought out a chair for me. I didn't have to use Jacob and José's recommendations for auto repair shops, but appreciate their help! I cannot fail to mention that the entire time that they were helping me they were busy and tending to other customers. Thank you again Jacob and José!! Regards, Monica Balizan Sultana"

"Talked to Robert, he helped to inform me about the light bulbs I was looking for and oil filter, we were able to get the filter, but I was also having trouble finding the right oil for my unimog, He knew what he was talking about when it came to oils."
