"The customer service is awful. I had the representative call me 3 times wanting to add my grandfather onto my policy, because my address is with him. I told them all 3 times that he does not drive my car and that he has his own policy elsewhere. After the third time I was able to get the information they “needed,” and a day or two later i noticed that they still added him on! I called and told the representative I wanted to cancel, and she said it would be a whole thing of either me going to their location or they send me a note i signed through my email. On the phone she was very rude and claimed she could not hear me. She called me back and said she’d email me the paper, as i was out of town, and even confirmed my email. I never received that email and has to go up and call the company’s customer service line and they canceled my policy in no more than 10 minutes and I didn’t even have to sign anything! Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever received here."
