"Had a great experience here this morning, staff was super friendly and helped me pick up a new prescription easily. They also offered snacks for my kiddos! I especially appreciated how they offered it "would your kids like a snack?" And then upon a yes, they offered to the kids saying "have whatever your dad says is ok!". Really appreciated this small touch."
"Never a long wait. I get my prescriptions filled here. You don't need a Sam's card to go to the pharmacy. You can also get vaccinations here (flu, pneumonia, Covid, shingles, etc)."
"Don't waste your time buying the Same plus card because you don't really get 50% off . At first it was alright but 2 months in They jack up the price slowly throughout the year . After my year was up , I called to get a price on the same meds. I get every month and they had raised it to 106.00 , with their card the previous month was 65.00. Regular price was $50.00 with no card or insurance. Now with no insurance or card I went to Costco and paid 46.00 Sam's pharmacy is A RIP OFF AND WILL SCAM YOU WITH THEIR SAMS PLUS CARD ."
"The selection here isn't the best, but it is a small Sam's Club. The employees are always rude, and if you need help at the self checkout, good luck. You'll wait 5-10min before someone comes to help with their broken card readers. and don't bother looking for anyone, you won't find them. The people at the exit never actually check my items, they just mark my receipt and tell me to go."
"Called from another store to have item ready, 92 miles later was told to come back tomorrow. Asked to speak to manager, took over one hour for him to introduce himself, said he was busy personally pulling my order. Then they over charged me by $69.29 + tax. Now I have to try to deal with the Conroe TX store to attempt to get the refund, or drive another 92 miles round trip. Sent an email twice to corporate HQ and they never bothered to call me back. Never again, Sam's is not worth the time of day. Poor, poor customer service.."
