"Come to Kroger on 249 and Antoine to buy a present for my wife I stay in Cleveland Texas about an hour and when my wife opened her container with rotten strawberries she was very disappointed and I was very embarrassed so I took it back after driving more than a hour the manager Phillip just offered to replace it he could have offered to up grade or something for my time and embarrassment so sad for Kroger I thought they had better customer service and quality such a disappointment I would give them no stars"
"Week old or more expired food, meat department cross contaminated meats when using cutting machines. This Kroger is basically a Festa with more Spanish brands than I’ve even seen in a Kroger. They play terrible Spanish music over loud speaker and appears the contribute to discrimination as there are few black and only one white person and he was handicapped. Some of their employs hardly speak English. Like the meat department. Go somewhere else, so you don’t waste time taking back spoiled food! Attached pic was from Sept 20th, the expiration of that bread was on the 20th. There were many expired breads and that’s just the start. So much expired food!!"

"I just wanted to Share that Robin in the bakery was so incredibly helpful and kind. She helped me find the items I needed when I couldn't find them and she even helped me look at dates and quality. A shout out to Ian as well for helping me exchange my item and being so nice!"
