"as multiple people have said, SLOWEST service ever. i checked in at 10am right when they opened for tire balancing. since i was a walk in, they told me they had to squeeze me in between appointments. but they also said i was 1st in line. it’s now 2:30pm and i just called to check what the status is and they are still providing vague, unclear answers. i asked at 11:30, and now 2:30 and the answers have been “i can’t tell you what time it will be done.” but you can’t even tell me if it’s being worked on?? they make it sound like making an appointment is the only way, but based on other reviews that doesn’t even help. so just don’t waste your time here"

"Service is slow and phone service is unprofessional they claim they don’t patch Pirelli tires and I found a set or 4 Michelin $250 cheaper at Discount Tire also they charge for a flat repair which you must have an appointment I have never used Costco Tire and will never use them I will tell everyone that I think they are trying to make a quick buck from Loyal Costco Customers"

"Customer service here is horrible because this guy MONTE, please give him some manners and customer service class. Learn respect and talk to your customer nicely. The other guy, Tuan, very kind and helpful. Been at Costco for years, but never thought they would hire someone that is so rude. Sad."

"On December 16, 2022, I caught a flat tire on the freeway, already stressed out and overwhelmed. I went to Costco Tire Center to see if I could have the tire replaced after I gave the guy a description of which tire needed to be replaced; he asked for my phone number and told me he would call me when my car was ready. After sitting and waiting for over two hours pushing three, I finally went to the Tire Center counter to verify if my car was ready. The guy fumbled around, finally found my receipt, and said it was ready. When I looked at the paper, it had a time frame of 12:34 pm. I then asked why I had yet to hear back from anyone. Like they said about my tire, the guy could care less and even stated that he did not work on it, meaning it was not his problem. Because I was ill, I did not want to argue; however, when my friend and I were walking to my car, we could both see that the spare had not been changed. I was so upset I then asked the guy Anthony why no one replaced the tire, but he told me my car was ready. He then casually and nonchalantly said it was not him. So I headed back to Costco to speak with the guy who said the tire was not in stock. The customer service could have been better. I would not recommend anyone to go here to purchase tires. No one cared; they dropped the ball and still would not take any responsibility. I spent over three hours waiting unacceptable."

"A good experience. I called they have a large selection of tyres. The prices are quite competitive. UI phoned several places. The service here was excellent. Telling me that I could save$130 by waiting a day for sale. I was taken on time tyres installed in a timely manner. Techs polite and helpful"
