Target

"I checked online for an item I wanted to get in the electronics section and it said they have 5 available, so I go to the store and I asked the employee for it. There were none in the locked cabinet so he says “let me go look in the back” (I don’t think he actually went to look). He comes back and says sorry we don’t have any more and I said oh it says you have 5 online and he literally said “oh well I don’t know what to tell you”. As I’m walking out of the store I buy it online and place an order for pick up and it was ready in the next hour. Pathetic and terrible customer service from that individual. I love target but this location has the worst employees, so messy and disorganized, and the parking lot is always full all the way to the back no matter what time or day it is."

"The whole point of doing a pick- up order is to be able to save the time that you would have spent going in the store and looking for the things you need. I have been in line for pick up orders for 30 minutes and am so frustrated by the fact that I could have just gone in, grabbed the things I needed myself and left 20 minutes ago. I’m leaving highly disappointed in target’s pick up system, questioning why they even have it if they’re not going to have your things ready when they say they will."

"What is not to love? Don't go without a list. Get in and get out, or you'll be in trouble! :) It's best to go early as parking is always a bit of a challenge. Staffing is very helpful. I found everything I needed. Of course, I'll have to return. I prefer to order online and pick-up outside as it saves time and money."

"Classic Target experience. Plenty of selection, great staff service, and high quality products. Very very busy due to location, it is consistently packed on the weekends. They are usually pretty good at stocking shelves and having plenty of inventory. Would recommend this to anybody in the area or any strong Target fans."
