"My husband's bun was a little more toasted than he likes, but he said it tasted like a picnic. Atmosphere was lunch rush so not as clean, but was not a total mess. Staff was very good! One Customer sevice rep, Rylie, got our order correct, did very good at answering a customer concern, all while letting her co-worker know what was next in line. Nice job! We got our scratch-off and will be back for our free icecream cone."

"I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I am baffled at how the service managed to get worse after the remodel. The service is incredibly slow, you’ll get in the drive-thru with 5 cars in front of you and be there for 30-40 minutes, and they argued with me when they got my order wrong. The burgers I got last week were way overcooked and they told me that’s just how they cook them, they felt like chewing rubber. I got in line last night(with 4 cars before me) at 10:05 and did not reach the ordering box until 10:43 and they refused to take my order because they were closing soon and said they needed everyone to get out of line. I thought the service was bad before, but now its terrible."

"Didn't notice any change with the remodel of the restaurant. When we ordered our food I ordered a # 1 no tomatoes and a # 1 plain and dry with cheese and bacon. Got 2 #1's with no tomatoes. Sent them back and got 2 #1's plain and dry with cheese. Sent them back and they finally got it right. After our meals I got my son a cup of ice cream. After about 2 bites into it my son pulled out a long hair from it. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I was excited to try braums after the remodel, but I have to say, the interior looks exactly the same so idk what the even did, in addition to that the new staff is very inefficient! Ricardo the the assistant manager, handed me my order missing a hamburger and in order to determine which burger was which I saw him open up each hamburger with his hands…although was wearing gloves I was grossed out because he had just been on the cash register beforehand, and I’m pretty sure that’s not sanitary….the manager looked just as lost as well… we got home and the burgers don’t taste the same, I don’t know if it’s the staff or a new recipe but we will NOT be going back. And that sucks because we really used to love it there. The ice cream is still good, but buyer beware on the burgers!!"
