"Caution: Check your pizza size. I have ordered a large pizza that was actually a 12" Medium. This has happened on seperate occasions. I have already contacted corporate offices regarding this issue. On seperate occasions the pizza is an incorrect size."

"Good: 1. The taste of the crust Bad: 1. Delivery 2. The inside is never open 3. The taste of the pizza We have come to this Pizza Hut multiple times in the past and every time we have been here since covid the inside has always been closed. We decided to give this Pizza Hut a try again recently with delivery. We placed the order on the app and everything went smoothly with that. Once we got the notification that the pizza was on the way it took 40 minutes to get the pizza delivered. After the 40 minutes had passed we tried to give them a call and no one answered and then that's when the pizza was delivered. We had continuously been opening the door checking for the pizza since it was taking a lot longer than we expected and on our last check the pizza was at the door with no one there. No doorbell ring and no knock at the door. The pizza was still warm but I wasn't very impressed by the pizza or the price. We got the stuffed crust pizza the crust was great but the taste of the pizza its self was mediocre."

"11/12/23, 710 Fort Worth Hwy, i got FOOD POISONING that lasted 5 days. i ordered delivery for a dinnerbox. ill never eat from that location again. im finally feeling well again able to write this, i only hope the location shuts down before anyone else gets POISIONED"
