"Love that I can order a spinach, jalapenos and onion white pizza and they fix it just for you. Cinnamon rolls are awesome. The manager was so nice and walked around asking g if he could get you anything and chit chatting. Had fun and the four of us got pizza that we wanted. Hot and right out of the oven."
"Very disappointed, all the plates of pizza had 3-4 pieces and it stayed that way the whole 15 mins we were there. There were like 6 tables of customers about 15-20 people. Pretty slow and no hot pizza."
"I went here for my birthday lunch cause I have kiddos. My 3 yr old son threw the absolute biggest fit. My hubby had to leave his food and take him to the car. Since he left, the manager Don was so supportive and nice. He let us get a to go box (usually not allowed since it is buffet) the whole time he was assuring me that it’s okay and it happens to everyone. He made a good thing out of a bad situation! Thank you Don!"
"Good: Good food Bad: Sometimes dirty I have been to this Cici’s multiple times, and most of the time I go it is messy and dirty. I avoided this place for several months, but decided to give them a chance again. The last couple times I have been here the food has been good and the service was great. The floors and tables aren’t a mess and everything went as it should have. They are doing a lot better than they did several months ago."
"This was definitely the coolest CiCi’s i’ve ever been too. They had a mini arcade inside complete with tickets and prizes you can win. My complaint was that majority of the games were 5 CREDITS! I paid $13 and got 65 credits which comes out to $1 a game. What happened to 2 tokens for a game, seriously its not like that is their bread and butter. The Pizza was good and fresh. However, I can say the same for the salad at the salad bar. It looked questionable and If I was at home probably would have thrown it away. Overall the staff was friendly and the place was clean."
