"My experience with Premier 1 was beyond perfect. They offer Porsche certified technicians, full explanation of services all the way through, pricing that is less than the dealership and same day service. I was even offered a loaner or ride service once I dropped my car off. I was busy with work on the day I dropped off, so they parked my car in a covered protected area, put my key in a locked box and gave me a combination to retrieve my vehicle on a Saturday, when they are closed. I have already recommended them to others in the PCA, and am taking my vehicle back for another service this week."

"It's rare that you find a place that you trust 100% working on your car. That search is over for me. I knew what was wrong with my car going in and I was curious if their diagnostics were going to come up with the same conclusion. Not only did they nail it but they gave me a couple different (very affordable) routes for the fix I didn't even think of. The facility was super clean and is not like a typical repair shop.
