"Excellent service. Was purchasing tires online and i couldn't get it to let me schedule, some issue with their website. So i called and Justin was able to get me squared away and get an appointment the next day in the afternoon. Tires came in early and i was able to get them done sooner. I got there at like 9:45, left at 10:20. Quick and excellent service!"
"You have to love Discount Tire. I arrived at 8:00. By 8:20 they had walked me through the issues with my tires, did a comparison of tire options and installed the tires. They also checked my wiper blades, and much to my surprise said I didn’t need them. When they gave me my car bike they informed me that my tire sensors indicated low power. They also reminded me about free tire rotation to extend the life of my tires. Wow, this army of professionals are the best. This is why I only buy tires from Discount Tire."
"I’ve used this location for a couple of years now, and normally have had great experiences but boy has that changed with this Discount location. The salesman I worked with only seemed interested in making a sale and not picking out the best tire fit for wife’s car. Especially when it came to comparing costs of tires and quality, he seemed annoyed and uninterested as I compared pricing costs, offering no suggestions. In the end he made his sale but lost a customer. Honestly there are other tire places in Boerne with better reviews, and customer care."
