"Great service! My Service Advisor Daniel Kaufman kept me informed on status of my 2021 F150. Finally got Sync 4 system working and taking updates. Tech Andrew Oster evaluated and corrected issues. Parts had to be ordered two separate times but that’s expected when troubleshooting computer systems and software. Bottom line is I was kept informed and the repair was completed in a satisfactory and timely manner!! Thanks Ford of Boerne!!"
