"The people that work here are liars. I brought my truck in for a routine alignment at 3 pm yesterday: they told me it would be done in an hour. So I get a ride and go home. Two hours later I get a phone call they haven’t started it yet. They ask if they can keep it over the night and have it ready in the morning at 8:30 am. I’m here now and they haven’t started it!!!!! Hey management: teach your team to underpromise and over deliver. They consistently overpromise and under deliver. Ruined my damn schedule two days in a row."

"Incompetent - got my oil changed and a couple days later it was leaking from the oil filter in my garage and down my driveway. Went back and they swapped the oil filter. A day later it was worse. Oil stains in my garage and down my driveway. Could not go back again - got it fixed at Champion Auto Care off Champion Forest/Louetta. They showed me the oil filter and there were oil filter wrench marks on it from being over tightened. The oil filter should be hand tight and no tools needed to put on; only needed to take off. Unbelievable! Now I have a huge mess to clean up. Thanks so much Firestone; never again."

"Dropped off my vehicle a few minutes after 2pm and returned around 6:30pm. My car was untouched. For some reason 4 hours was not adequate time to complete a tire rotation. No apologies. No reason. Just an annoyed reply when I asked for my keys. About a month ago we took my son’s car to the same location to replace an air stem valve on a single tire. Paid and picked it up the same day. We ended up going back a couple weeks later because the problem persisted. I was told at that time that the repair we paid for had never been completed. Your staff is knowingly releasing unsafe vehicles. They are also committing theft for collecting payment on work that was never done. All this after we spent thousands of dollars at the location a few months ago on my husband’s truck. Literally allowing criminal activities committed by employees."

"Absolutely terrible. I came with my Kia Rio and told them that my steering fluid had been leaking for a while, that I needed a steering wheel alignment, and I just RECENTLY lost the cover of the fluid tank. They ordered a new cover which at first the wrong one came in. Second time I came it was the right one, but no one called to inform me… OK. I dropped my vehicle and came back hours later to them telling me that they couldn’t find a leak after testing it and driving around (which I paid for) they were blaming it on the missing cover , to which I had told them prior and again that the missing cover was NOT THE REASON FOR THE LEAK, the fluid had been leaking on the street for a long time before I lost the cover tank, oh and they claimed to have used three bottles of fluid to refill the “entire system” and wanted to charge me $29 (for the bottles). I COULD ALREADY SMELL THE LIES, because guess what, two days later, the fluid tank was EMPTY, because there is STILL a leak and I have to continue to refill it every other day until I find professionals. I have lost all faith in this location and will NEVER EVER return."
