"They didn’t have the part I needed. They said a nearby store had it. I asked location so I could drive there. They convinced me to let them deliver the part to their store (I’m sure bc it makes them look better to corporate). They said it’ll be 30-40 minutes. I run an errand for an hour and come back. Part still isn’t here. They told me two separate times it’ll be 10 more minutes. I’ve been standing in the store for 40 more minutes. I’ll take my business elsewhere."
"If you need car parts or anything automotive before you call Auto zone or O'Reilly's and they tell you it's your O2 sensor give advanced a try to tell you the same thing."

"Went in looking for a part but it was not in stock. Manager said he could transfer it for me and that it would come in the same day. I was told to go back at 4pm to pick it up, but it was not there when I arrived. He told me to check back again the same day before closing, but still nothing. Called several times and nobody could tell me anything about my part or when it would come in. Three trips and five days later, my part had still not arrived, so I just gave up and got a refund. Big waste of my time. Very disappointed!!!"
"The employees are very nice and helpful with anything you might need. They speak English and Spanish in here. I needed to get my check engine light checked and they were helpful enough to do it for me as I don't have experience using them."
