"Our fur baby has been going Herr she since she was a puppy. Four years later, they are still the best. There is a location closer to us now but these folks are like extended family. Bella loves going to daycare and when we have to board her, we have peace of mind that she's getting the best care. Don't forget to add daycare onto your stay or book the indoor suite so your baby is not confined to a room for their entire stay."

"Do not bring your dogs here. Not for boarding, not for daycare. This place used to be amazing, keyword: used to. It seems all the old staff left because I didn’t recognize a single face when I went to drop off my dog. This new staff that they have don’t care about the dogs. The dogs don’t go out at all. Watch the cameras. The days my dog was there I checked the cameras almost every hour and not a single dog was in the yard. When they were in the yard, you couldn’t even see any water bowls. Really? In this heat? Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Management is also very passive aggressive and they only care about the money. None of the employees look like they want to be there. Read the other negative reviews, they are there for a reason. I don’t ever write reviews but never in my life have I received a service as terrible as this. What’s the point of asking me if I wanna add extra playtimes or pictures if they aren’t going to get done? It’s a scam and they just want your money. If you love your dogs do not bring them to this location, maybe try a different one or even a different company. I packed a whole bag of treats for my dog and not a single one of them was given. Really? It’s a shame how downhill this place has gone. Pet Paradise JFK, do better as I will be taking my dog elsewhere."

"Friendly staff makes me feel comfortable leaving my fur baby here on my trips. Conveniently located south down the road from IHA. Communication is very easy and pleasant Bring ur own food to save $$!! My dog always has a blast and comes back home exhausted"

"They were amazing to my 2 fur babies! I was at ease knowing that they were getting treated so nicely here and having pictures of them sent to me while I was gone. I also loved the report cards they had for my 2 pups. The staff was so helpful and friendly. You can tell here that the staff really cares for their guests here, my pups loved them! They almost didn't want to leave. Will definitely bring them back here in the future."
