"Today, my dog of 14 years reached his end of life. I called ahead to VEG to explain my situation, and when I arrived, I was immediately introduced to a large team of people that were completely competent and professional. They took amazing care of my dog and me under the circumstances, explained everything thoroughly, and exhibited a great deal of compassion and respect for both of us. The female veterinarian even got down on the floor with us. She was amazing. When the need arises with any of my other animals, I will definitely be taking them to Veterinary Emergency Group. "We are so thankful for the VEG team and love how close in location we are to them. Our little doxie was seen in under 5 minutes when we brought her in and though she needed to be hospitalized, we are so thankful for the attentiveness that our doxie received and the updates we received as well. "My 8 year old dog was attacked by 2 bigger dogs last night around 11pm and we rushed her her. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!! They way they took care of our little baby was incredible. The staff was so sweet, welcoming and friendly and explained everything that was going on. They explained the prices and broke everything down for us, nothing was forced. They allowed my husband and I to stay by our dogs side the entire time and luckily she was able to walk out of there with just a few stitches. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. The staff was amazing! It’s the best experience we’ve had at a vet."
"This was the BEST veterinary experience I have ever had. We came in with our pup (Kenai) having an allergic reaction and swelling in the face. We were terrified and the staff was so welcoming, understanding and kind. The doctor and a nurse greeted us at the door and we were immediately taken to a triage room. We were offered blankets and snacks while we patiently waited for kenai to feel better. They took care of both us and our dog and were very compassionate and talked us through every step. I don’t have the words to describe how incredible the experience was but I will be forever grateful for how kind they were and for helping our sweet kenai. Thank you!!"
