"I accidentally ordered a double cheeseburger and forgot to take the onions off the order wasn’t done yet and I asked if they could take it off a white boy with a black hat said oh they already made it and didn’t care I said well can they remake it I thought jobs suppose to make sure the customer is satisfied but I wasn’t"
"I'm going to have to agree with Mr Anthony Upshaw on this one. For yrs I've spent thousands in Walmart. Even been told I was the best customer. Only service has gone down. Management in my local Walmart is definitely not that good. Makes me feel my business isn't appreciated at all. Lots of stuff i buy, top shelves. Billion dollar business, an no respect for the small lil neighbors that bring what money we have to their store an buy food an everything else we need. It's jus really hard to accept when you live up the street an have to shop here."
"DO NOT WASTSE YOUR TIME HERE. I was trying to buy one item and the self check line was backed up . They only had two check out lanes open for over a hundred people. I ask an employee WHY ? I was told that I should check myself out. Good people this is not fair for our community I have gone to other Walmarts in upper class area and I don't I have this issue . It's plain to see that this store doesn't respect the shoppers and doesn't value our business. I will never step foot in this store again. I know one person doesn't stop a show but, if everyone stops shopping here then there will be change. He who has an ear let them hear."
"Ugh. Arrived about 6pm and traffic was a mess. Construction near the exit. I would have given this store a 1, but one of the store clerks helped me locate something. They had a million people checking out and 2 cashiers. The one I selected was 100 years old and in no rush. After 30 minutes, she finally got to me. She got to my gift card and said "that has to be purchased at customer service." She then gave me my torn bag with no handle! Another 30 minutes, I was checked out again. Fyi....the family before had a 7 or 8 year old with his hands digging in his butt....ugh. He was touching her and everything!!!! Trying to exit was a nightmare."
