"Let me just say, this team took care of me from the day i got there, till the work was done. I had substantial damage to my frame and other suspension components that my car didn’t seem it would be back to normal again. They went above my expectations and made sure my car was fixed right, now drives better than before the accident. I even got to borrow a car so i wouldn’t be without transportation while the work was being done. The prices were fair, and their work was great. I’ll definitely be coming back if i have any future car issues. Thanks again!"

"Hello everyone whoever will be reading this, leaving a review because I feel like it’s necessary I usually don’t leave negative reviews anywhere. I don’t like effecting someone’s business because a waitress was moody, or my food came a little bit longer I try to be more understanding when it comes to little things like that, but if ur a person that wants quality work done to your car like me then continue reading! First off I want to point out that I’ve been in the body shop business myself around 5 years, now I don’t practice it as my main job but fix my own cars here and there. I came to Mario’s shop first off because he had good reviews which idk how he gets them, So i thought he would do good work I just needed my frame pulled on my truck, at first Mario convinces you that he’s the best man for the job and he will do everything right.. I believed him give him the truck he did my framework halfway, and then I asked him to weld on the apron as he supposedly but half way and kept asking for more money. Eventually, I got sick of it, took the truck from him and finished it myself but when I put all my parts on my bumper wouldn’t match because he didn’t pull the frame rail all the way so I contacted him to ask if you can fix this all the way he told me he has no time kept making excuses. I said at least let me use your frame to finish the work that you didn’t finish all the way he told me to go elsewhere never took responsibility. Blamed the bumper but not himself, said pay me more and I’ll finish. He will keep milking u for more money to do something never takes responsibility of his work to make it right! Take the advice from a person that knows his work and go elsewhere. Mario does not have the skills of a professional body man! Maybe in some other areas I saw some of his work, his Bondo work and paint jobs are not good. He does not even have a paint booth. I really feel necessary to write this because I don’t want other people to get scammed by him! Here is some photos of the work that he did! That’s how he welded my truck I tore everything down and redid everything and hired a professional welder to weld it back on.."

"So heres my experience with mario amd "alpha" auto colision: about a month ago i had a small colision, i found mario on google and decided to go with him because of his 5 star rating, BIG mistake! He first told me when i contacted him that he was not cheap but his work was one of the best in ep he told me his materials and all was the best of the best, he gave me a price wich was good at the begining,called me a few days later talking about he cant fix my hood i need a new one,we agreed on a new price (went up 400+ an extra 200 he charged me for a braket) my price went up 600 more . the day befpre i pick up the car he tell me he ended up fixing the hood and still charged me for the new one which he did not my hood has a big gap on the passenger side, but thats not my issue the issue is he completly messed up my paint job my hood and both fenders have specs of dirt and some nasty holes all over ,whe i asked him to fix it he agreed to fix it but instead of fixing it made it worst, took it back to get repainted , this guy painte, which i doubt he did, he burnt my paint and what i found more offensive, found his garage door remote in my car, gas missing, which leads me to belive they were driving my car arou nd very unhappy and deff not coming back for any future projects."
