"Paid online and they didn’t update my order when it was ready. Waited almost an hour for 2 pizzas and I had had to call in to check the status and it was ready when I called but the site still said preparing. Now the next day I realize they took the liberty to tip themselves without my knowledge and when I called to try and get it settle I was blown off and told they would have to leave a note for the next manager to handle it. What is going on at this place? I guess it’s okay to steal from paying customers. I wonder how many times they have done this and thought people wouldn’t notice."
"I have ate at this location many times in the past. It has been about a year now since my last visit and not sure what has happend to the quality of their pizza. It was by far the worst pizza I have ever had. It took a long time after ordering the special large 3 topping to even get it and once we did it was pretty much raw, hardly any toppings and mainly sauce! Can't say I'll go back!"

"The food was good and the beer was good. What was lacking is the service and correction of mistakes. I ordered the cheesy bread sticks and hot wings at the counter. After sitting at our table drinking a couple of beers and watching quite a few tables get their food which had arrived much later than us, I went back up to ask how much longer (It had already been approx 45 min). She got with the kitchen and said the back of house never received the ticket. I didn't get anything off my tab or even get so much as an apology for the delay. Then to top it off when the food came out, they brought us regular breadsticks."
"After calling the first time a pickup order they were very short and hang up the phone before I was able to tell them which spot I was in. A man came out and asked for my name and I told him for my order. He said they were just making my salad and my two pizzas were ready. After waiting 20 minutes I called back and then immediately brought me my food. I get home and the salad has rotten leaves. Common!"
