"The employee in the drive-through taking the orders was rude because I didn’t state what sides I wanted with my meals. Ordered three complete meals and only received one fork in the bag. Ordered one large drink, and did not get a straw."
"My husband gets home with our food and to find out 2 of our egg rolls we’re not in the bag. And then, I open my plate and there was a mosquito bug dead on my teriyaki chicken. I called the location and no answer."
"This location is always short staffed, and this time around I placed a mobile order, then show up to find out the lobby is closed. They wouldn't answer the phone, so I had to wait in the extremely long drive-thru line while my food and drinks sit. I understand the staff that are willing to work there are doing their best, but someone higher up should not be allowing mobile ordering in these situations. I could have been waiting in the drive thru line that whole time I was waiting at home for the "order ready" text."
"I originally went to the Panda in Elgin for a family meal on Sunday night. However, Elgin no longer sells Sweet Fire Chicken. So I drove all the way over to the Bastrop location for Sweet Fire Chicken and Orange Chicken. First thing I was told was they were out of Orange Chicken. I was like okay, I order a large order of Sweet Fire Chicken and that was it. I went up to the window and the kid there was polite but more worried about goofing off with the coworker. I got my order and drove home. When I got home I unloaded everything from both restaurants and found I was given a burnt container or chow mein and not the Sweet Fire Chicken I ordered. I attempted to contact the restaurant several times and no one picked up the phone. Beware if they act like they are not paying attention they are not and make sure to open every container before you leave the window. I would of gone back if I was not already 20 minutes away."
"This is the second time they have messed up my order of apple pie rolls to be exact. The first time they didn't have any but wouldn't refund my online purchase. We figured we would try again tonight a few weeks later. I paid for the large entree of apple pie rolls for the family. We didn't get any of the sides we ordered. I wish they would do better with their online customers."
