"First visit went great. Second visit was absolutely horrible. They seem to overbook patients getting work done. I understand every patient is different and some take longer than others to work on. They gave anesthesia meds before laughing gas and then waited about an hour and a half in waiting room waiting for the dentist to finish working on other patient. By the time the dentist started working on him, anesthesia was already wearing off. That made it very difficult for my 5 yr old. At that point he was not having it and made it more difficult for staff to work on him. The dentist in my opinion was rushing throughout the whole process because she had other patients waiting on her. He was supposed to get two fillings and a crown. When she started working on him she then changed it to two crowns instead of one because he was already too fidgety. She was able to get one on and couldn't do the other one. The other crown got stuck on the first one. So as they searched for it frantically my little one pulled off the first crown with his tongue and that's how we discovered the second crown got stuck on the first. They then redid the first crown and then when they couldn't get the second crown again they took off the mask for the laughing gas and tried to force the crown on his last molar in the back without any tools. When that didn't work they gave him a break and a prize. When they finally came back they tried to redo that same back crown, this time with their dental equipment. The dentist shaved off more of his tooth, failed to put in the crown and then gave up at that point and just completely covered his entire tooth with sealant. Then sent us on our way. They told us we needed to go back once more. This time for general anesthesia in order to work on the filling she didn't get to work on and one more crown on bottom. I told them we would not be returning.We got here at 9 am and left at around 12:30 only to have a botched dental job done because his anesthesia was already worn off. Never returning here ever again!!! ABSOLUTE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Worst of all my 5 year old is now terrified of the dentist office."

"My daughter was seen today and she really enjoyed it. She loved the assistants Amy,Arjelia,Angelica the A team!!! (Couldn't remember the other girls name) The front office got my insurance verified even though I gave them little information and help. I appreciate the great visit yall!"

"My daughter had treatment today with Dr. Tracy and her assistant Amy. And I love how they made my daughter feel comfortable and not scare at all. I recommend lone star dental to the parents.
