"I am the biggest coward when it comes to visiting the dentist. Today, I was scheduled a cleaning with Melissa, who I met for the first time. Melissa cared enough to asked all of the right questions regarding my dental anxiety and made me feel very comfortable prior to and while she was performing my cleaning. I admit that I nervously clenched to my chair through the entire cleaning process when I shouldn’t have. Melissa did an outstanding job and I will recommend her to my friends, family and patients. "I’ve never been to a doctor that values punctuality as much as the Bravos team does. They were running a few minutes behind and when I say minutes it was like 5 minutes and at 8 minutes they pulled me back and apologized for the wait, lol. This is my first time visiting them and I have to say I’m so impressed with the team they have, from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. They took the time to make sure I had all my concerns addressed and took note of the sensitivities I had and were really mindful when they were doing the exam and cleaning.
