"Poor customer service. I made an appointment for a cleaning and explained that I would come into the practice with my insurance information. My appointment was cancelled and re-scheduled when I already blocked time off of my work for the appointment. The email stated my appointment was cancelled because I did not provide my insurance 48 hours prior to my appointment. It does not take 48 hours to verify insurance. Most medical/dental offices take the insurance information at the time of appointment. I could have paid for the cleaning if there was an insurance issue. I will find another provider."

"Routinely cancel appointments and make you wait additional months to get in. Aggressively ask for flouride treatments when they know it will cost money but don’t inform patients when offering. My wife had an appointment made for her and they tried to charge a $50 no show fee. Front office is full of overworked employees who consistently make mistakes and make life difficult. Go elsewhere if you can. If it was last dentist, I might return. Update: A new dental practice just opened, Dentist at PlumCreek. Polite employees with brand new rooms, a TV above for entertainment, and one forward to review scans. They also make sure to notify you when any add ons cost money and get your consent! This practice cares for their clients and don’t treat you like cattle."

"I’m a tough critic on dentistry and I expect a lot. Years ago I went here and I was judged for how much dental work I’ve had in the past, one issue I could see on the X-rays wasn’t mentioned and I’m no radiologist, and I wasn’t given a treatment plan before leaving. I went back to my old dentist 30 miles away. Around that same time my wife went here to have a tooth fixed and it was made worse. My wife hates going to the dentist, but today (years later) at a new dentist we learned that the tooth was shaved down and that filling putty was used to replace it. The new dentist asked what the hell happened. Overall, not a fan but based on other reviews not everyone has had the same experience. I wish the best for others and this business going forward."

"Such a great facility!! The front office were so nice & got me an appointment next day. Dr. Sydney & Veronica were GREAT. They competed my wisdom teeth removal & were amazing. They truly did great work, very caring and great customer service. They both reached out to check in and make sure i was doin well the next day. I’d highly recommend going to them for any dental work!! Can’t thank them enough. Definitely the best dental office around!!"
